Discovery Phase
The discovery phase involved the team getting to know a little bit about each other to uncover strengths and weaknesses as well as provide any previous insight or knowledge regarding the project before us.
Scheduling
During the discovery phase, we uncovered each team members school, work, and personal schedule. A mandatory calendar meeting every week was implemented with impromptu meetings when there was a need. We created several communication avenues such as phone, text, email, and Teams.
Specifics and Details
Each team member understood the project and final objective, but none of us were sure how to begin. We began brainstorming and designing a plan of action for each step of the process from the opening task to the final presentation.
